1. Log in to One Tree

2. Enter the unique 16-character code displayed on the ticket or or cut and paste the digits (if available in a digital format). The characters A-E and the digits 0-9 are used. It is not case-sensitive.

3. Click the Check validity button

4. If the voucher is valid, click Redeem to log the ticket as used.

If the ticket is invalid, you will not be able to redeem it. Please contact your administrator for further assistance.

A red error message in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen means that there may be a mistake in the input of the code. Check the digits and re-try.
