Brend Hotels is one of the biggest employers in the South West of England. With eleven hotels and two restaurants in the group, Brend had complex requirements for an online gift voucher supplier. The business had previously sold manual cheque book style group vouchers from the front desk of each business. This created a heavy burden of admin duties. Since working with One Tree, internal processes have been simplified and clear reports easily generated.
