etch. is a British tasting menu restaurant in Brighton & Hove. Steven Edwards, winner of MasterChef: The Professionals, is its founder and owner. From the start, etch. saw success after success and the team found it increasingly difficult to meet the high demand for gift vouchers. Using the One Tree system allows them to control and manage the large number of vouchers they sell.
